    This machine is mainly used for the spherical and non-spherical material sieving.

Structural and Working Principle

  With spiral tower structure, putting material into the up feeding inlet, pills will roll down following the spiral track separate naturally. As different pills have different weights, their rolling speeds are different. The good quality pill will separate from the irregular pill and sticky pills. This guarantees the bottled pill weight. The micro-vibration on the discharging outlet be beneficial to the material uniform flows down.

 The machine whole is stainless steel and in accordance with GMP requirement which is simple operation and convenience maintain and clean. It can work with optional vacuum feeder for lifting material.
